In addition to the three Norrköping Dolphins teams, 4 other teams from 3 different countries played in Boys 02/03. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Norrköping Dolphins Vit 1 could be found in Group B together with Vålerenga Basket and Söderköping.
Norrköping Dolphins Vit 1 made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Norrköping Dolphins Svart, which they won with 50-46.
