Viby Basket was one of 24 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Stadium Basketball Cup 2018. They participated with two teams in Girls 05 and Girls 03 respectively. Two teams played until Placeringsmatch 7-8 in Slutspel A; Girls 05 won over Brahe basket by 57-14 but Girls 03 lost against Aabyhøj Basketball klub by 15-24.

In addition to this, Viby Basket have participated in Stadium Basketball Cup before. During Stadium Basketball Cup 2017, Viby had three teams playing in Girls 06, Girls 05 and Girls 03 respectively. Two teams played until Placeringsmatch 3-4 in Slutspel A; Girls 05 lost against Pyrintö G05 Red 1 by 21-35 and Girls 03 lost against Borås Basket 4-16 by 22-32.

Viby comes from Sollentuna which lies approximately 140 km from Norrköping, where Stadium Basketball Cup takes place. The area around Sollentuna does also provide six additional clubs participating during Stadium Basketball Cup 2018 (Djursholm Indians, FUBB, AIK Basket, Täby Basket, Solna Basket and Duvbo IK).
